Ingredients:
Potato Peelings
Oil to cook in
Salt and pepper to season
Method:
Wash potato skins and drain. Place on a baking tray
Sprinkle with a little oil and salt and pepper
Place in a preheated oven heated to 200 centigrade
Cook until golden brown
