While my hair is in pretty good nick (except for the terrible roots which I will have to ask you to ignore!) I'm still having trouble recreating a 1940s look. It just wont hold any kind of curl at the moment. Yesterday I attempted hot rollers and whilst the result was pretty it isn't really a 1940's style. Please excuse the terrible iPhone picture I've been so busy this week that taking on this hair challenge has certainly been challenging!
