We used our whole meat ration of approx 500g today to make a traditional Sunday roast. As it is Autumn in the UK we used autumnal root vegetables. There was quite a bit of meat left over so we saved some to make cold beef sandwiches for tomorrow and put the rest in a stew with the remainder of our root veg.

Corn beef sandwich with margarine

Chocolate
Glass of milk
